At GB Vehicle Body Repairs we offer a recovery service, covering the East of Essex region. We also provide a collection and delivery service when necessary.

Every car, van, bus, truck, etc. that comes into our workshop is examined in great detail. We then give you an estimation of the work required. We are an approved vehicle repairer for all the major insurance companies, allowing us to commence work immediately, without having to wait for multiple estimates. This means that you get your vehicle repaired easily and on time.

We use the latest equipment, including a rare ‘Chief’ 15-ton body jig, which allows us to repair body damage with great attention to detail, and align your vehicle to the manufacturer's specifications.

When your car, van, truck, bus, etc.
is repaired, we apply the cosmetics,
e.g., paint-work, using a high-tech
low-bake oven and environmentally
friendly water-based paints.

We use a Burntwood spray oven to
assist in the drying process. After the
application of the water-based paint,
we apply the gloss lacquer, which is
then oven-baked to give the best
results.

Once your your car, van, truck, bus, etc. is put back into shape and looking new again, it undergoes a full exterior clean.

Most modern vehicles have Bora steel panels (a mixture of steel and aluminium). GB Vehicle Body Repairs is one of very few sites in the area with the necessary Bora steel equipment and expertise.

Most repairers are linked to an accident management agency, and receive a hefty commission from insurance claims. We are not one of them.

We deal directly with your insurer, thus putting all the compensation in your pocket.
